Learn Yoga Basics. On YOUR Time.
Perfect for the student brand new to hatha yoga, for any yogi looking to refine their alignment, and for a therapeutic and slower approach to practice. These classes are designed for those who have never practiced yoga, or those who have an intermittent practice and need a refresher. This class introduces fundamental poses, breaks down the precise actions in the postures to help teach correct alignment & achieve the benefits of each pose. Offering a solid foundation of the basics of hatha yoga, including sequence, terminology, and concepts, meditation, and breath work. Throughout the session, students will learn how to align the body from the ground up. Props will be used for modifications. Classes build week by week, offering students a unique way to grow in their practice. This class offers a perfect foundation for how to stay safe and confident for a lifetime of practice! Class is suitable for everyone! Classes are scheduled at times that work for you and can be held in the upstairs studio for up to 4 people or downstairs for 2 and are set up with the studio office. 4 classes are included in the cost.

Package is for 4 One Hour Private Yoga sessions for those with a ONE YEAR unlimited package
Special 8-part learning series that includes recorded lessons, meditations and specialized activities and exercises that will awaken the energies of the Chakra system and individual chakras. This is an in-depth look at the overall 7-chakra system and includes a look at other chakra systems as well. Participants will discover practical knowledge of the entire energy system as well as a detailed look at each individual chakra as well. Participants will explore their own chakra system and discover about imbalances and how to work on balancing the energies for each chakra within the system.
Each section should take no less than 2 hours to complete, including the activities and exercises, meditations, yoga poses and reading through each section and listening to recordings. Participants will need a journal for this class. Upon completion of each section there is a series of questions to complete and turn in. Upon successful completion of each section, next section will be emailed out along with all relevant recordings and materials.
Participants will be asked to write a general overview of the 7-chakra system upon completion of the last sections, explaining how it relate to yoga & meditation and to design a yoga class plan targeting a chakra of their choice.
Upon successful completion. Participants will earn 20 non-contact CEUs
