This is a perfect beginning yoga class that is also appropriate for those working with injury, limited mobility, or who prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga. may include meditation. They are intended to be calming and to reduce stress. Suitable for all levels.

This is an intermediate levels class, slightly faster paced that Yoga I with challenging poses and/or basic flowing sequences may be used. Poses may be held longer, preparations and practice of inversions can be introduced. be sure to check schedule carefully...class MAY be 75-90 mins in length
