his NEW lunchtime drop-in, all levels yoga class, offers a welcome midday break giving students a chance to stretch & breathe, relieving tension and giving an opportunity to de-stress and rejuvenate before returning to work for the afternoon. This class is 40 minutes to make it fit into lunchtime breaks and allow for travel to and from the workplace. Beginners welcome.
